When recording my album “Never In Blue” (2005), I needed to get away from the songs I was working on, and decided to take on this great tune by Hoagy Carmichael. I had been sketching arrangements for years on it and thought it the best side track, breather, from my busy production schedule.
Produced on Logic/PTools and my digital library of fantastic instruments. With the exception of the drums, performed by John Zachary, I scored and played all the instruments from scratch, note for note via MIDI and piano interface. It was a task. Enjoy. JMP
